Vaccinating pets in Akumal 2008 (by Barry and Mary Sumner)
A unique evangelism outreach tool to connect with people in Akumal: bring us your pets so they get a free rabies vaccine! A vet from New Hope Presbyterian Church, Steve Connell, along with other church members, welcome families and invite them stay after the pet vaccination for some a VBS lesson and craft.

2008 Nicte-Ha VBS
(by Second Presb. team, with Dr. Charles Clark's picture link added by Felipe Martinez)
Vacation Bible School has begun!
Monte de los Olivos and the team from 2nd Pres have been blessed with good food, good friends, and good times. We have filled our mornings with fellowship and our evenings overflow with joy. Sunday we enjoyed services and a wonderful lunch prepared by the congregation. Monday brought English lessons for eager youngsters and the beginnings of a mural for the newly painted nursery. Tuesday brought health education. Wednesday was a restful time of prayer.
